Rockefeller Group recently completed two distribution buildings totaling 427,658 square feet on 39 acres in Braselton, Ga. Braselton 85 Phase II is located in Braselton, Georgia at Jesse Cronic Road and Highway 124 along Atlanta’s I-85 Northeast industrial corridor.
The project includes two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 207,009 and 220,649 square feet respectively, both with 32′ clear ceiling heights, 52′ x 50′ column spacing, and ample auto and trailer parking. Braselton’s location along I-85 provides potential tenants with a distribution channel to Atlanta’s population of more than 6.2 million people as well as to all major Southeastern population centers.
Rockefeller Group recently sold the 207,009 square foot building to Great Lakes Technologies (“GLT”), a WEN Company, who will use the new state-of-art facility for warehousing and distribution purposes. This purchase represents an expansion of GLT in the Southeast region.
The business park is the company’s second development in Braselton. The company completed and sold Braselton 85 in 2021, a 222,618-square-foot distribution center located one mile from the new project. Braselton 85 was leased to Duckyang America Inc., a Korean automotive equipment supplier, and sold to Cabot Properties.
